Terms & Conditions for Coachline Bus Ticket Purchases

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a coachline bus ticket, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all passengers using Gride's transportation services for World Cup events.

2. Ticket Purchase & Confirmation

  • All tickets must be purchased through authorized Gride platforms or representatives.
  • A valid confirmation (email, SMS, or app receipt) is required to board.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by Gride.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Prices may vary depending on route, demand, and availability.
  • Gride reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to purchase confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the cases outlined below.

Exceptions apply when:

  • The trip is canceled by Gride.
  • A major event disruption occurs (e.g., match cancellation).

In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at Gride's discretion.

5. Boarding Requirements

Passengers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure time.

  • Valid identification and ticket confirmation are required for boarding.
  • Gride reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are late, disruptive, or do not meet requirements.

6. Travel Conduct & Safety

  • Passengers must behave respectfully toward staff and other travelers.
  • No illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are permitted onboard.
  • Alcohol consumption may be restricted depending on local laws and operator policies.
  • Gride reserves the right to remove any passenger who violates these rules without refund.

7. Luggage Policy

Each passenger is allowed:

  • One (1) carry-on bag
  • One (1) checked bag

Gride is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Passengers are encouraged to keep valuables with them at all times.

8. Schedule & Delays

Departure and arrival times are subject to traffic, weather, and operational conditions. Gride is not liable for delays beyond its control but will make reasonable efforts to keep passengers informed.

9. Insurance & Liability (Third-Party Operators)

Gride Technology acts solely as a transportation coordinator and booking platform for coachline services. All transportation is provided and operated by independent, third-party charter bus companies.

All insurance coverage — including passenger liability, vehicle insurance, and incident-related claims — is the sole responsibility of the contracted coachline bus operator.

Gride Technology does not own, operate, or control the buses and therefore assumes no responsibility or liability for:

  • Accidents, injuries, or incidents occurring during transportation
  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
  • Delays, cancellations, or service interruptions caused by the coachline operator

Any claims, disputes, or issues arising from transportation services must be addressed directly with the coachline bus company providing the service.

By purchasing a ticket, the passenger acknowledges that Gride Technology is not liable for any transportation-related incidents, and that all such matters fall under the responsibility and insurance coverage of the third-party operator.

10. Force Majeure

Gride shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or public emergencies.

11. Changes to Services

Gride reserves the right to:

  • Modify routes, schedules, or bus assignments
  • Substitute vehicles when necessary
  • Adjust pickup or drop-off locations due to operational needs

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
