Getting Started

Search for "Gride Technology" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android), tap the Download button, and follow the on-screen instructions to install the app on your device. The app is free to download.
Open the app and tap Sign Up. You'll be prompted to enter your name, email address, and phone number. Once your account is created, you can sign back in anytime using your email and password.
Go to Settings → Payment in the app. You can add a credit or debit card, PayPal, or any other supported payment method. Your payment details are encrypted and stored securely.
Open the app, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, then tap Request a Ride. You'll see a list of available ride options with estimated fares — pick the one that works best for you and your driver will be on the way.
After a ride is confirmed, you can track your driver in real-time on the in-app map. Your driver's name, photo, vehicle information, and an estimated arrival time are all displayed on the ride screen. You can also message your driver directly from this screen.
At the end of every ride, you'll be prompted to rate your driver and leave optional comments. Your feedback is important — it helps us maintain high service standards and continuously improve the Gride experience.

Pricing & Payment

Navigate to Ride History in the app to view any past trip. Each entry includes a full fare breakdown showing the base fare, distance fee, time fee, and any applicable surcharges or promotions.
Before confirming a ride request, tap Add Promo Code and enter your code. The discount will be automatically calculated and reflected in your fare total before you confirm the booking.
If you believe you were incorrectly charged, go to Ride History, select the trip in question, and tap Get Help. Alternatively, contact our support team directly at support@gridetech.com — we'll review and resolve the issue promptly.

Driver & Vehicle Information

Once your ride is matched, your driver's name, photo, rating, vehicle make and model, and license plate are all shown on the ride tracking screen. Always verify this information matches before getting in the vehicle.
From the ride tracking screen, tap the Contact button to send your driver a message or call them directly through the app. All communication is routed through Gride to protect both parties' privacy.
You can report a concern through the app's Help section after a ride, or contact our support team at support@gridetech.com. All reports are taken seriously and reviewed by our safety team.

Safety & Security

Gride takes rider safety seriously. Before every ride, verify your driver's name, photo, and license plate match what's shown in the app. The app includes in-app emergency assistance and real-time ride tracking, which can be shared with a trusted contact. If you ever feel unsafe, use the in-app emergency button to contact local authorities immediately.
